Clear, kind guidelines.

Zendai is a small, one-therapist studio. These simple policies help us honor every guest's time — and keep room in the calendar for you when you need it most.

Card on file

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve every appointment. Your card is held securely through our booking system and is only charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or for the service at the time of your visit. You're welcome to pay with any method you prefer when you arrive.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window are charged 50% of the booked service. We understand life happens — please reach out and we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice are charged 100% of the booked service. Repeated no-shows may require pre-payment to book future visits.

Late arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your service so the next guest isn't delayed. Service is still charged in full. If you're running behind, a quick call or text is always appreciated.

Health & intake

New guests complete a short intake form before the first visit so Amy can tailor your treatment safely. Please share any allergies, medications, recent procedures, or pregnancy so we can adjust products and pressure accordingly.

Your comfort, always

If anything feels off during a treatment — temperature, pressure, music, lighting — please speak up. Your comfort is part of the work. Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.
