By using ZendaiSpa.com or booking a service with Zendai Spa, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Zendai Spa provides skincare and massage services. Services are provided by a licensed Medical Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician for medical concerns.
Booking and payments
A card on file is required to reserve every appointment. See our Spa Policies for full details on cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.
Eligibility & honesty in intake
You agree to provide accurate health information at intake. Failure to disclose conditions, medications, or recent procedures may result in service refusal for your safety.
Gift cards & packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. They do not expire except where required by law.
Website content
All photography, branding, and written content on this site are owned by Zendai Spa or used with permission. Before-and-after photos are shared with client consent and may not be reproduced.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendai Spa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
